It was so much fun last week when Crystal and her boys and Anna and her kids met Alexander and me at the Portland Zoo for $2 Tuesday. The day started off a little ify with jackets and rain gear at hand. But we ended the day in t-shirts with the kids running around having tons of fun. Being in Vancouver has not been as lonely as I thought it would be. I thought, "Everyone says they will come up, but it won't happen." Well since we have been here I have seen some every week, whether we met them in Portland, they came here, or we went to Salem. It has been such a blessing!!
