My Awesome Deals!

So a lot you might remember when I used to do coupon shopping. Well since we are currently looking for work and needing to save money where ever we can, I am back in the game. But this time I am back with a vengeance!! I am so excited about the deals I got today, so excited that I want to share with you how I worked the system. I got two bags of Chex Mix, Turtle flavor, regularly $2.99 a piece for $0. My next coolest deal was Clean and Clear face wash. Regularly $5.99 I paid $0. Yoplait yogurt, 4 pack regularly $2.50 I paid $.50. My Safeway receipt showed I had a 77% savings on my entire bill. All in all I paid $15 for 2 bags of cough drops, 2 lbs of cheese, 2 boxes of wheat thins, 1/2 gallon of milk, 1/2 of OJ, Digiorno Pizza, 2 bags of Chex Mix, 5 yogurts, and face wash. My pocket book is happy!!!

Being a mom

Being a mom has brought some many emotions to the surface it's crazy. Today I took Alexander to the library for story time and it brought me so much joy. Siting back and watching him interact with the other kids, sit quietly and listen to the stories, run to me when it was time for songs, then wait patiently in line to get his hand stamped. He was so big and little at the same time. I love this little boy more than I could have ever believed and days like today cause me to feel blessed beyond what I deserve.

What to say

Sometimes I feel like I have nothing to say, so tonight, I give you highlight pictures of the last three weeks. Sadly I did not capture everything, but sometimes you just can't get it all.
